Z She was born July 22, 1906, in Kanesville, the daughter of Walter and Eliza Ritchie Rawson. ' The family moved to South Weber in 1923 to make their home. ; She married Glen Ray on Nov: 17. 1926, in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. Mrs. Ray has been an active 'member in the South Weber LDs 3 st Ward. She took part in many three-ac- t plays and also gave readings for various programs. .She was a Primary teacher for more than 25 years. She served in the Sunday School, Relief Society and MIA. She served on the Weber Heights Stake Primary Board - for several years. Mr. and Mrs. Ray are the par-tin- ts of three sons; Darrell Gene Ray of Tacoma, Wash.; Walter .Glen Ray of South Weber; Larry Dean Ray of Clearfield. She had two brothers, Spencer Rawson and LeRoy Rawson, both deceased. Due to illness, there was not an open house. - Donald Schofield, ROY 2265 W. 5900 S., will celebrate his 80th birthday Aug. 5 at a family dinner. Schofield was born Aug. 5, 1906 in Syracuse, the son of Thomas B. and Clara E. Hales Schofield. He attended Davis Schools. County On Feb. 4, 1925, he married Cynthia May Stoddard in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. They made their home in Syracuse before moving to Roy in 1959. Schofield farmed and worked as a mechanic. He was employed by the Naval Supply Depot and Hill Air Force Base from which he took a medical retirement. He is the father of five sons, Bruce F. of Syracuse; Lee R. of Ogden; Robert L. of Syracuse; Dean S. of American Fork; and Calvin D., Eagle, Idaho. We delivered from Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and a score of other states as far away as New York, Texas, Georgia and Alaska. For sauce: place chocolate and cream in a small heavy saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring fre- quently. until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla. Serve very warm. . To assemble sundae, place 2 tablespoons hot fudge sauce in bottom of a footed ice cream bowl. Add ice cream. Cover with 2 more tablespoons fudge sauce. a Top with whipped cream and all. over cherry.
