Lake-vieMobile Home Park and Suntrails have received permission to change from plans that had been submitted to the city. In 1979 Lakeview Mobile Home Park added 248 lots to its w in- dividual lots and pads to private mobile home owners. Financing could not be obtained and only 87 pads were constructed. The owners received approval to vacate their original plans and develop the park into rental pads.
