ESTIMATED COST The total cost of improvements is estimated at $325,000.00. The property owners portion of the cost is estimated at $55,600.00. The method of assessment shall be apportioned according to lineal front footage of abutting lots and parcels TIME FOR FILING PROTESTS Any person who is the owner of property to be assessed in said special improvement district of intention shall have the right to file in writing a protest against the creation of Murray City Utah, 700 West Street Special Improvements District No. 14 or to make any other objections relating thereto. Protests shall describe or otherwise identify the property owner by the person or persons making the protest. Protests shall be filed with the City Recorder of Murray City, Utah, on or before 4 : 00 p.m. on the 28th day of August, 1984. Thereafter at 7:00 p.m. on the 28th day of August, 1984, the City Council will meet in public meeting at the Murray City Center to consider all protests so filed and to hear all objections relating to the said proposed Special Improvment District No. 14.
