Students at Stansbury elementary are making snowflakes to use as decorations on the schools Christmas tree. to nearly $4,000. THREE YEARS as AGO, , Sterla Hansen, PTA president, said each student is making an individualized paper snowflake, some decorated with glitter. The flakes are to be used as a commitment to continue observing the schools positive behavior program, to remember to obey rules and show respect for self, home, school and community, she said. It takes many snowflakes to build a snowman or cover a tree; it takes all of us at school to make it a good place to be, is the theme of the project, she said.
