Show I Sandburg Slates 'Extravaganza' HUNTER. A Christmas Extravaganza will be presented on Wednesday evening by students at Carl Sandburg elementary. Children in kindergarten and grades two, three and four will participate in the event, which will include songs, dances and readings, as well as displays of art work. The program will include the morning kindergarten presenting programs and displays in their classrooms from 5:30 to 5:45 a.m. Students in room 16 will also present a program and display at that time. Second graders will show their art display, also in the classrooms. A general PTA meeting will be e room from held in the 6 to 6:15, followed by a second grade program from 6:15 to 6:30, fourth grade program from 6 35 to 6 55. He majored in music at Copiah-LincolJunior college, Wesson, Miss., and now owns his own harmonica business. In Utah he has taught at Weber State and in Park City and teaches private lessons as well as recording and publishing. A harmonica player with 18 years experience will conduct a class in basic harmonica during the winter quarter at Utah Technical College. Bobby Joe Holman will offer the class through the external programs and continuing education division, with registration beginning on Dec. 12. Cost for the class is non-cred- it $22. The class will concentrate on the basics and show students different types of harmonica music, including classical, country, blues and pop.
