THE NEW members include Dr. Patrick Rose, Lavton; Dr. Bruce Burtenshaw, Fruit Heights; and Reed Murdock, Layton. Thev ioin a hospital board comprised of Dr. Ralph Petersen, Clearfield; Mayor Lewis Shields, Layton; Dr. Harvey Broadbent, Clearfield; Dr. John Taylor, Kaysville; Richard Cook, Layton; Lynn Criddle, Clearfield; Harris Adams, Layton; Dr. Noall Tanner, Layton; hospital executive director Dean Hol- Newport Beach, Calif. A native of Idaho Falls. Dr. Burtenshaw graduated cum laude from Utah State University, later receiv ing his medical degree from Columbia University m New Y'ork City.
