believer in the sacredness of 0 freedom of conscience and allows all men the same privilege that lie he demands for himself tile the privilege of believing as lie pleases and what lie he pleases he be believes that men should bo be judged by their acts act and that the laws of the state must be rigidly enforced he be is interested in no great plans or schemes for personal aggrandizement but is
