been sold on march 2 4 1887 and worth of cattle similarly disposed of by an arrangement with the receiver this stock is to be delivered by bv september next the following is the agreement entered into SALT LAKE utah july 9 IM the undersigned undersigner under signed hereby undertake and agree to surrender and deliver to frank H dyer as receiver of the corporation of the church of jesus christ of latter day dai saints on or before september lot next of the personal property claimed to have been assigned to the various stake corporations throughout the territory of utah by john taylor trustee in trust on or about february 1887 livestock of the value ol 01 or as much thereof as may be practicable and that in ease case the said livestock live stock so to be turned over shall dball amount in value to less than the balance thereof the undersigned undersigner under signed undertake and agree to pay to the said receiver in cash the undersigned undersigner under signed also hereby undertake and agree to surrender and deliver to the said frank H dyer as such receiver on or before september let next head of sheep of the tae grade and quality of those delivered to legrande young on or about DESERET TELEGRAPH on march 1 1887 the stock of the deseret telegraph company held by the church was distributed to the various stake associations Yeat yesterday erds afternoon the demand for thi this
