| Show we suggest to the city coune council il that tha t an ordinance be passed prohibiting the placing of tie posts on main street between 1st ast south and 1st ast north 9 1 streets tie posts could be arran arranged gid on oa east forest street and on either side of main on 1st ast north and 1st ast south streets this would do ao away with a great deal ot of the filth and annoyance caused by teams being tied on main street in front of the business ness houses in the winter especially fr our business men will recall how grevious grev lous this annoyance became a year ago and we believe believe they will us unanimously in making this request |
