Show October 26, 1939 Pige2 Emery County Progress Business Bevies Cactus Garden Restaurant opens with style, taste The Cactus Garden Restaurant is located on Highway 10, North of Huntington across from Gordons Nursery and is under the management and care of Sharon Earl and Tami Young. The restaurant has been open for two months now under the capable and qualified leadership of Earl and Young and visitors will see the changes in many areas of service. First of all, customers will notice spe- ciality nights at the Cactus Garden Restaurant. Tuesday features Italian with lots of pastas to choose from along with the salad bar both In an all you can eat system. Friday night features seafood with a menu featuring lobster, crab legs, shrimp, halibut, salmon and trout. Saturday night is reserved for prime rib that is prepared by their own chef, Larry ifiWijfM Restaurant of someone who is they can call for at) interview. There is a new formal dining room where the entertainers perform. The Cactus Garden is available for banquets, parties and business meetings. Come on out and visit to see and taste the changes! We are now open Sundays 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Li ,s til ? t Jfess'W!; V Lewis. They serve homemade bread with the meals and have a varied menu to choose from. They are also open to suggestions and are willing to try all kinds of recipes. On Fridayand Saturday nights they will have live entertainment featuring such favorites as Shaun Tomsich and Stephanie Larsen on a regular basis until Christmas. Val Jessen and his band, Roses and Steel, Variable Down Band and Greg Chapman and Robert Mills on the Piano are also on the schedule to perform.
