Traffic will be restricted to one lane in and out for 60-9days. 75th Civil Engineering is handling the construction through the contractor, Beneco. The project will move the guard shack 100 feet onto Hill AFB property (it currently sits on railroad property). To help alleviate traffic problems, the Roy Gate will be open 5 a.m. - 5 p.m., and the North Gate will be open 5 - 8 a.m. and 2:30 - 5:30 p.m. Incoming traffic through the West Gate will be unable to turn left on to Arsenal Road and will have to go to the intersection of Wardleigh Road to turn.
