This classic film directed by Krns't Lubitsch is about a Polish theater troupe that turns to espionage to tight the Nazi invasion of early World War II. Jack Benny stars as a ham actor ac-tor and Lombard is his flirtatious wife. The film, later remade by Mel Brooks, co-stars Robert Stack. The Dean series begins with "East of Eden," John Steinbeck's classic tale of a young man (Dean) and his lovehate relationship with his father i Raymond Massey). The film plays on Jan. :il and Feb. 1-2. The love stories series begins with "Letter from .m Unknown Woman," a poignant, elegant tale of a impressionable woman and the torch she bears throughout her life for a callous pianist.
