The amount of the Winter Carnival Royal Court complete; princes, princesses and jester chosen The Royal Court for the Park City Winter Festival is complete, said King Ziggy (Bob Ziegler) and Queen Syd (Syndey Reed). The carnival, three days of sporting spor-ting events, entertainment and a ball, will be held Feb. 7, 8 and 9. The court, which consists of 21 of Park City's finest residents, has been rounded out with the selection of princes and princesses who will represent each of Park City's three schools during the carnival. Tia Masters-Larsen and Enzo Mileti are the delegates from Parley's Park Elementary School. Ali Salomon and Chuck Sharp will represent Treasure Mountain Middle Mid-dle School and Dina Lynn Fuller and Mike Todd were chosen from Park City High School. In addition, high school student Pam Finegan was selected as the court jester. Three new events have been added to the existing schedule. On Feb. 8, free dog sled rides will be offered by Sled Treks at the White Pine Touring Center from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and 3 to 4:30 p.m. on a first come, first served serv-ed basis. The Winter Carnival Sweethearts Tennis Tournament will begin at 9 a.m. at the Park Meadows Racquet Club. The tournament will run through Feb. 14. The Park City Muckers will take on the Salt Lake All Stars in a royal rugby battle at noon on Feb. 8. The Royal Court will include court crier Van Martin; royal friar Glenn Steigmeyer; royal scribe J. P.
