Briggs, became the bride of Lowell Chris Hunting, Hun-ting, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Hunting Hun-ting of Garden Grove, Calif., April 20 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A reception was held in honor of the couple in the Manila Ward cultural hall April 21 from 7 to 9 p.m. An open house was held for the couple in Salt Lake City April 20 from 7 to 8 : 30 p .m . The bride's floor-length white wedding wed-ding dress was of lace and sheer over taffeta. The sheer was pleated at the sides of the skirt at the waistline and was banded with deep lace scallops which fell into a train. The neckline was edged with lace and the full lace sleeves were banded at the wrists with lace. Her veil was of lace. She carried pink and blue rosebuds with white baby's breath arranged in a nosegay with pink and blue streamers. The maid of honor was the bride's sister, Marcie Lynn Briggs. The bridesmaids were Lisa Briggs, Michelle Briggs, Diane Hutchings and Michelle Orgil. Junior bridesmaids were Melanie Hunting and Cheri Hunting. The maid of honor's dress was of floor-length blue sheer trimmed with lace around the bottom and forming a point up the front made of tiers of bee. Her flowers were long stemmed pink and blue roses tied with matching ribbons. rib-bons. Some of the bridesmaids' dresses were blue and some were pink. All were of the same design as the maid of honor. Their flowers were identical to the maid of honor. The bestman was Marshall Brings, the bride's father. Ushers were Chad Hunting and Bevan Briggs. The bride's mother's corsage was of pink rosebuds and the grooms mother wore a corsage of blue rosebuds. Decorations of the hall included a pink and blue ribbon and rose trimmed trimm-ed bower with pink and blue table covers with pink long-stemmed roses in crystal vases on each table and next to the wedding cake. The three-tiered white wedding cake was topped with a mirror and blue flowers on crystal swans, white icing with wedding bells, pink and blue roses and sweet peas. At the guest table was Nancy Jarvie. At the gift table wre Mr. and Mrs. Dean Hill. Giftbearers were Douglas Jarvie and David Baxter. Helping with the refreshments were Mr. and Mrs. Dale Briggs, Mrs. Ray Ruble, Stacie Olson, Shanna Roser, Vickie Marquez, Glenna Tinker, Michelle Parsons and Shari Briggs. Out-of-town guests were the groom's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Hunting and Mr. and Mrs. Reid Gun-drson Gun-drson of Ogden; the bride's gand-parents, gand-parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy J. The bride is a graduate of Manila High School and is attending Brigham Young University in Provo where she Is a senior majoring in early childhood education. She is presently working as a receptionist at the McKay Institute In-stitute which dm research projects on the BYU campus. The groom graduated from high school In Florida.
