Show AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the front entrance, Davis County Courthouse, 28 East State Street, Farmington, Farm-ington, State of Utah, on April 8, 1991, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed executed by CATALINA DEVELOPMENT DE-VELOPMENT COMPANY, INC., as trustor, in favor of SCHOLZEN PRODUCTS PRO-DUCTS COMPANY, a corporation, as beneficiary, covering the real property located within Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly identified as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast Nor-theast comer of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Me-ridian, and ninning thence South 3.3 feet; thence South 88 degrees 30' East 681.12 feet;, thence South 1 degree 30' West 239.66 feet; thence West 1 1 87.5 feet, more or less, to the East line of a frontage road, 25.0 feet perpendicularly distance Easterly from the center line thereof; thence North Nor-th 22 degrees 53'20" West 28.0 feet, more or less, along said road to the point of tangency with a 2839.79 foot radius curve to the right; thence Northerly 88.61 feet along said curve and road; thence North 21 degrees 08'30" West 170 feet, more or less, along said road to the North line of said Southwest Quarter, thence East 627 feet, more or less, to the point of BEGINNING. Said Deed of Trust is dated May 25, 1990, and was recorded on May 30, 1990, as Entry No. 892247, in Book 1353, at Pages 500-503, of the records of the Davis County Recorder, State of Utah.
