Show Learning skills class set at BHS Would you like to help your child develop better learning skills and improve his ability to memorize? If so, "Celebrating the Right Brain" class at Bountiful High Community School may help. New and continuing classes for the fall session will begin the week of Sept. 24. Community classes are held for citizens in the community to take classes and use the school's facilities after the regular school day is completed. New classes being offered this year include: Computers for Kids, Right and Left Brain Strategies for Learning, Quilting, Advanced Conversational Con-versational Spanish and Racquet-ball. Racquet-ball. Continuing classes that are popular and provide instruction include: in-clude: Aerobic Exercise, Auto Repair, Ceramics, Intro, to Computers, Com-puters, Beginning and Advanced Word Perfect, Cooking for Youth, Drapery Making, Science for Kids, Intro, to Right and Left Brain, Money Management, Beginning Spanish, Youth Gymnastics and Merit Badge Classes for Boy Scouts. The public is invited and encouraged en-couraged to enroll and participate in any of these programs. Registration will be held at Bountiful High School Sept. 18 and 19, from 6-8 p.m. or call Bountiful High School at 299-2055 and leave a message for the director, Cal Harris, to return the call. |
