Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 29th day of May, 1990, at 9:00, at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Court-house, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, Farm-ington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by Imperial Savings Association, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by William D. Hamilton and Mary L. Hamilton, husband hus-band and wife, as Trustor, recorded October Oc-tober 20, 1986 as Entry No. 0757090, in Book 1118, at Page 720, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of Newtrend Mortgage, Inc., by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded January 22, 1990, as Entry No. 880925, in Book 1332, at Page 1055, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to tide, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: All of Lot 5, RILEY SUBDIVISION, SUB-DIVISION, a subdivision of part of Section 17, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Layton City, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof.
