Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the Main Entrance En-trance (public entry) Courts Building, Davis County Criminal Justice Complex, Com-plex, 800 West State Street, Farm-ington, Farm-ington, Utah, on June 25, 1992, at 11:15 a.m., for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed dated June 22, 1990 and executed ex-ecuted by Robert Wayne Limpus and Sharon V. Limpus in favor of Richards-Woodbury Richards-Woodbury Mortgage Corp., covering the following real property located in Davis County: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 233, VAE VIEW SUBDIVISION NO. 2, AMENDED PLAT, a Subdivision Subdivi-sion of part of Section 18, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, according to the official plat thereof, and running thence South 0 deg. 03 min. 30 sec. West 100.14 feet; thence South 73 deg. 14 min. 13 sec. East 115.01 feet to the Northwesterly line of a street; thence Northeasterly 40.69 feet along said street, along the arc of a 50 foot radius curve to the right, thence North 22 deg. 25 min. West 114.14 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot; thence South 89 deg. 38 min. West 94.20 feet to the point of Beginning.
