Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Coun-ty Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, the 18th day of November, 1988, at 2:30 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 107, MELANIE ACRES SUBDIVISION, PHASE I, a subdivision of part of Section 14, Township 4 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Clearfield, Clear-field, according to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 2286 South 500 West, Clearfield, Utah 84015. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure foreclo-sure proceedings is dated September 15, 1980, and was executed by JAMES R. HENSLEY and SHARLEEN HENSLEY, husband and wife, as Trustor, and in favor of WESTERN MORTGAGE LOAN CORPORATION, CORPORA-TION, the present Beneficiary.
