Show Ladies slow-pitch tourney winners Play has been completed in the three-day women's slow pitch tournament sponsored by Layton City Recreation and Hardees held Aug. 25-27 at Oak Forest Ball complex. com-plex. In the triple elimination-consolation elimination-consolation format tournament, D and B Auto captured first place. The Spikers, coached by Jerry Coleman, include: Kim Hutchinson, Hutch-inson, Diane Rich, Debbie Rich, Mica Rock, Denise Gardner, Anne Jones, Monica Pawlowski, Cami Pollard, TinaJRobison, Susan Stoker, Stok-er, Mary Sue Murray, Renee Elinkowski, Corey Bryan, Kristen Southwick, Kathy Zeeman, Tiffany Tif-fany Rogers, Trudy Sanderson and Nedra Linndley. Taking second place was Hill AFB Falcons. Coaches of the Falcons Fal-cons are Dennis Gould and Tim Byro. Members of the team include: in-clude: Connie Byro, Susan Col-ledge, Col-ledge, Marg Warnock, Dana Parker, Par-ker, Debbie Payne, Jennifer Mega-han, Mega-han, Cynthia Schemmer, Catrina Gonzales, Donna Janik, Beatrice Salgado, Cindy Federich, Barb Garcia, Maxine Jenkins, Lisa Foss, Sandy Haflett, Rose Baden and Tina Jackson. Placing third place in the tournament tourna-ment was Dick Kearsley Sales and Service with Royal Greens coming in fourth. Hardees T-shirts were presented to the top four teams -. with first and second place teams!) also receiving individual trophies. RBI hitter of the tournament was presented to Danielle Mabey playing play-ing for Dick Kearsley. Golden Glove was presented to Sandy Haflett Haf-lett from the Hill Falcons and MVP went to Diane Rich of D and B Auto. |
