Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder. The sale will be held at the Main Floor, North Entrance Foyer, Davis County Courthouse, Comer of State and Main, Farmington, Utah 84025, on Wednesday, July 27, 1988, at 11:05 o'clock a.m. The purpose of the sale is the foreclosure of a Trust Deed executed by THOMAS W. EDWARDS and ANNE M. EDWARDS, as Trustors, Trus-tors, in favor of MOUNTAINWEST SAVINGS AND LOAN, as original Trustee, and which Trustee has been succeeded to by Paul D. Veasy, a member mem-ber cf the Utah State Bar and MOUNTAINWEST MOUN-TAINWEST SAVINGS AND LOAN, as original Beneficiary, which beneficial benefi-cial interest has been assigned to Valley Mortgage Corporation, as Beneficiary. Said Trust Deed covers the real property proper-ty located in Davis County, Utah, and more particularly described as follows: State of Utah, County of Davis: All of Lot 5, HEATHER HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, according to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County. Property Address: 1662 North 400 West, Sunset, Utah 84015 TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures and improvements thereon and all water rights, rights-of-way, easements, ease-ments, rents, issues, profits, income, tenements, hereditaments, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, belong-ing, used or enjoyed with said propert-y; propert-y; or any part thereof. SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the right, power, and authority hereinafter given to and conferred con-ferred upon Beneficiary to collect and apply such rents, issues and profits. The purchase price is payable in lawful law-ful money of the United States at the time of sale unless there is a prior written writ-ten agreement with the Successor Trustee.
