Show Eagle honors " v 5 A -rip x tT i it' M " THOMAS SPENCER ERICKSON Thomas Spencer Erickson, Cen-terville, Cen-terville, received his Eagle Scout badge June 11, his 14th birthday. Tom is a member of Troop 798 of the Centerville 8th Ward, Center-ville Center-ville Stake. For his Eagle project, Tom provided pro-vided leadership to raise money for and build a changing table for the Monte Vista School for the Handicapped Hand-icapped in Farmington. Tom is an eighth grader at Centerville Cen-terville Junior High School where he plays a trombone in the band. His other interests include camping, camp-ing, fishing, swimming, hiking, chess, computers, and woodworking. wood-working. Tom spends his summers working work-ing on a dairy farm in Burley, Ida. He has participated in Troop 160 in Gresham, Ore.; Troop 408 in Salt Lake City and Troop 121 in Snake River Council, Burley, Ida, Tom is the son of Spence and Pat Erickson of Centerville. He has four older sisters, Bonnie, Dalene, Cyndi and Lisa. PAUL T. SERVEY An Eagle Court of honor was held June 3 to honor and present the Eagle Scout award to Paul T. Servey, son of Frank and Karen Servey of Centerville. Paul has earned the Arrow of Light and has served as his Deacons Quorum president in the Centerville 7th Ward. Paul just completed the eighth grade at Centerville Cen-terville Junior High. For Paul's Eagle project he raised 50 day-old Chukar chicks for the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources. Re-sources. At ten weeks of age, the birds were banded and released in the foothills of Davis County. He enjoys running, camping, fishing and hunting. This summer Paul attended an eight-day Varsity Scout all-star junior leader training camp at the Beaver Utah High Adventure Base where he sharpened shar-pened his leadership and outdoor skills. |
