Show Behunin reunion set Defendants of Isaac Behunin will h old a reunion July 1 6-1 7 at Lot 107, Echo Creek Ranches, Summit County. Cars should be at the game at 11 a.m. for admittance. Isaac Behunin, a one-time bodyguard body-guard of the Prophet Joseph Smith, came to Utah with one of the earliest ear-liest handcart companies. He was the first settler of Ephraim and later la-ter moved to Zion Canyon. He named it, calling it Little Zion as he thought the saints could find refuge there. Later he moved to Mt. Carmel where he is buried. His descendants are scattered through out Utah and many of the Western states. Saturday events will begin at ; noon and continue to 7 p.m. when a i family program and campfire is planned. Overnight camping is available. Sunday program will be held at 10 a.m. This event is being sponsored ; by some of the descendants of Isaac Morton Behunin, oldest son of Isaac Behunin. The Behunin reunion is held"Y each third Saturday and Sunday of July at Lot 107, Echo Creek Ranches, Ran-ches, Summit County. |
