Bulger will present the final all-color motion picture of the current Audubon Wildlife Film series in Kingsbury Hall, Monday at 8 p.m. The film, entitled "New England Saga," traces a tale of man and wildlife in the picturesque "down east" country of the United States. It centers in the Lake Champlain region of the Adirondacks and into the Maine forests. Dr. Bulger, who lives in Pulaski, N.Y., is a former Air Force and commercial pilot. He is director of education and northeastern field representative for the National Wildlife Federation and has long been a lecturer for the National w i ; h. 'x. DR. JOHN D.
