Show first Marb By MRS. ALMA SLY Tuesday, Dec. 4th, at 9 p. m. the Primary held their prepara- tion meeting. at Rowena Hardy's, j 14 officers and teachers were present. The Christmas pro-' gram was arranged and further discussion held on gifts to the j Children's Hospital. j Christmas carols were enjoyed, en-joyed, and Mae Carter gave the lesson on Prayer. This was fol-I fol-I lowed by each teacher giving a . j discussion which was prepared. Rowena Hardy and Irene Griffiths served a birthday cake and hot chocolate in honor of two members present, Margaret Lyman and LaVern Thorrell, it being their birthday. Parents are invited to attend Primary Thursday, Dec. 20th, at 3:45 p. m., at which time the Christmas program will be given . Ira Yardley and Sherman Carter of Beaver were Sunday evening visitors and speakers at our ward. The talks were very commendable. t The Book of Mormon class was held at Mr. and Mrs. Dick Banks. Mrs. Banks served a salad course to 10 members. The next meeting will be at the E. C. Edwards home. Barbara Tanner, Shirleen Myers My-ers and Sharon Christiansen were those taking part in Sunday Sun-day School.. Deacons were Robert Rob-ert Glenn, Russell Sly, Vee Wadsworth and Gary Weston. Due to so many things going on from now until Christmas, with most calender dates taken, the "Mill-Ford Show Boat" has been postponed until a later date. However, parents are urged to keep costumes, as it will be presented as soon, as possible. |
