Show IFOTO FACTS fly Frrnon Casthlon You have seen a motto which many professional photographers pho-tographers have in their shops. It is the definition of a picture as offered by the Roman poet, Horace. His definition: defi-nition: "A picture is a poem with out words." Some picture-takers spend most of their time "shooting" Junior eating pie, or Aunt Sophia So-phia at the beach. There is not much poetry in either. That is, unless Aunt Sophia is beautiful and shapely. There are many subjects which may seem commonplace. Actually, they furnish excellent topics. Usually, a single subject offers of-fers many good picture possibilities. pos-sibilities. Begin in your own home. Then, expand to the neighborhood, city, countryside, fairs, sporting events, people at work, animals, vacation, etc. If a picture satisfies you, it okay. If others like It, it mui. be good.
