Show ll3revtlieA . . . The home of the Russell Blackett's was the scene of a happy family gathering Christmas Christ-mas Eve. Dinner was served early in the evening and as the family gathered around the Christmas tree, Santa Claus joined the group. He distributed gifts and led the family members mem-bers in singing Christmas carols. car-ols. Those enjoying the happy festivities were: Mr. and Mrs. John Smith and children, Shauna and Brian of Bountiful; Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Jensen and children, Russel and Mary Kay of Kanab; Mary Jane Palfreyman, Pal-freyman, Ann P a 1 f reyman, Phillip Peay, Kent and Jane Blackett and the host and hostess. hos-tess. Kent and Jane Blackett and Kathryn Robertson spent several sev-eral days during the holidays in Kanab as guests of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Jensen. They enjoyed en-joyed the skiing at Brian Head located on the cedar mountains. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hardy and two sons of Idaho Falls, Idaho, were visitors at the home of his mother here, Mrs. Erma Hardy, during the week. The Hardys 'also visited other relatives and friends here and in Provo. They are returning to Idaho today. Mr. and Mrs. Michael Grone-man Grone-man of Los Angeles, Calif., were here for the Christmas holidays visiting parents, Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Groneman and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Welch. Also home for the holidays at the Groneman's was their other son Lawrence, who is attending Dixie College in St. George. |
