Show Home Culture Club hears travelogue Opening social for the Home Culture Club was held at the home of Mrs. Harrison Conover with Mrs. Martin Conover assisting. as-sisting. Serving was at the opening op-ening of the meeting. Mrs. Max Allman read the club collect accompanied at the piano by Mrs. Maurice Bird. Kurt Wein-zinger, Wein-zinger, assistant professor of music at the BYU, sang three solos, two of which were in German and the third an American patriotic number. Guest speaker was Mrs. Robert Anderson who gave an informative and highly interesting inter-esting travelogue of her and her husband's travels and experiences ex-periences living in many parts of the world. She emphasized her experiences in Czechoslovakia Czechoslo-vakia and India where Mr. Anderson An-derson was employed by the government. He spent 22 years in government work prior to retiring and moving to Salt Lake City were they now reside. re-side. Mrs. Anderson will be remembered as the former Eleanor Kelly. Special guests were Mrs. Rex Schriver and Mrs. Elmer Ja-cobson Ja-cobson of Provo; Beth Miller, Louise Reid and Mrs. David Cox.
