Show Three steelworkers of this city honored at luncheon at Geneva j Three Springville men, all i workers at Geneva Works, were among 25 steelworkers honor- I ed at a special plant service i awards luncheon Tuesday. Honored from this city were ! Harry J. Hulce of 251 East 400 j North who transferred here j from Gary Steel Works in 1947, i and who is a hooker in the roll- '; ing mills; Gordon B. Peirce, open hearth employee; and Nolan No-lan G. Weight, maintenance and utilities worker. I Presiding at the luncheon ! was Raymond W. Sundquist, Geneva general superintendent who discussed what he called the "tough times" currently plaguing the steel business. He called on those persons honored at the event to use their "experience, "ex-perience, judgment and proven leadership abilities" to spearhead spear-head a concerted effort by Geneva Ge-neva employees to win new business and end the slump.
