Show NOTICE OF CALL FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by Springville City for the first construction stage (estimated at $50,000.00) of a club house for the Springville Hobbla Creek Golf Course. From May 22 to June 17 1968 (for deposit of $50.00) bidders may obtain at the City Office in the Civic Center, 50 South Main Street, Springville, Utah, the official pall for bids, plans and specifications for bidding this project, as prepared by Theodore R. Pope, A.I.A. Architect. Ar-chitect. Bids must be filed at the city office on or before 7:30 p.m. June 17, 1968. Said bids will be opened at the regular meeting of the Springville City Council on this date and time. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or techni-callity techni-callity in any bid in the interest in-terest of the city. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5) of the bid, made payable to Springville City shall accompany bid. If certified or cashier's check is used in lieu of bid bond, a certificate cer-tificate from an approved surety sure-ty company guaranteeing execution exe-cution of a 50 Performance and 50 Payment Bond must accompany bid. All laborers, workmen, mechanics me-chanics and apprentices employed em-ployed on this project shall be paid not less than the general prevailing wage rates as set forth in the State Industrial Commission schedules. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 15 days after the actual ac-tual date of the opening thereof. there-of. The fifty dollar deposit for plans and specifications will be refunded upon return of such drawings and specifications specifica-tions in good condition within ten days of the date' set for the bid opening.
