' 1 The stage is all set and the curtain will rise next Tuesday, May 28, 8:15 p.m., for the Little Lit-tle Art Theater production, "The Red Plush Parlor." Five evening performances will be given, Tuesday, May 28, Wednesday, Wed-nesday, May 29, Thursday, May 30, Friday, May 31 and Saturday, Satur-day, June 1. Tickets will be sold at the ' door and those who have joined the Art Association, will be ad-1 ad-1 mitted on their membership card. The play will be the concluding conclud-ing feature of the 1968 Art Association As-sociation membership drive and ! the Little Theater in the art gallery is expected to be filled ; to capacity each evening, for the performance. President W. W. Clyde of the art association, , expressed his thanks and ap preciation to all who have assisted as-sisted in any way with the play and other phases of the membership mem-bership drive. Directed by Mrs. Oliver H. DaJton, the play was written by Christie Lund Cole with music mu-sic by the BYU music department. depart-ment. Taking leading parts in the performance are: Claudia Cor-bett. Cor-bett. Annie Forshee, John Fech-ser, Fech-ser, Eileen Memory, Hazel Clyde, Janet Packard and Reva Lynn. The theme evolves around the early-day practice of polygamy and as the plot unfolds, much humor as well as pathos and a feeling of real sympathy for these early LDS Church members, mem-bers, is expressed. An invitation is extended to all adults to attend and be entertained en-tertained by the performance.
