Show tween the hours of 7:00 o'clock a.m. and 8:00 o'clock p.m. There is to be no special registration reg-istration of voters for such election and the official register regis-ter last made or revised shall constitute the register for such election, except that the County Coun-ty Clerk of Utah County will register at his office during regular reg-ular office hours except Saturdays, Satur-days, Sundays, and holidays and except during the ten-day period immediately preceding the bond election any person who on the date of the election will be a qualified elector and will register such persons as provided by law. Notice is further given that on Monday, the 17th day of June, 1968, that being within ten days after said election, the City Council will meet at its ' regular meeting place in the 1 City of Springville, Utah, at ' 7:30 o'clock p.m. and canvass the returns and declare the results re-sults of said election. Take notice on the 11th day of June, 1968, an election will be held in the City of Springville, Spring-ville, Utah, at the place set out below for the purpose of submitting to such qualified electors of said City as shall have paid a property tax therein there-in during the twelve months preceding said election the following proposition : Shall the City Council of the City of Springville, Utah,, be authorized to issue is-sue the general obligation sewer bonds of said City in the amount of not to ex- " ceed $200,000 for the purpose pur-pose of defraying part of the cost of constructing Improvements to and making ma-king extensions and improvements im-provements to the sewer system for said City, said bonds to bear interest at a rate not to exceed six percent per-cent (6) per annum and to be due and payable in not to exceed fifteen (15) years from date of said bonds? Said election will be held at the following polling place, and the persons indicated as follows will act as election officials: Voting districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, polling place at Springville City Hall, election officials, Elner Hall, and Lor-na Lor-na Condie, Birdie Thorpe, Wen-della Wen-della Weight (alternate).
