Show J.V. Rams off to rough start PAROWAN - The Parowan High junior varsity football team got off to a rough start this year. Their first game was against a well-coached Cedar freshmen team. The Rams played fairly well, considering con-sidering it was their first game of the year. Cedar came out on top with a score of 34-0. On Sept. 7 the Rams played the Virgin Valley Bulldogs. The Rams had trouble moving the ball. Finally, late in the fourth quarter, the Rams scored off a swing pass to Dan Robinson followed by a two point conversion by Tony Orton. However, Virgin Valley came out victorious with a score of 21-10. This past week the Rams have been working on improving its offense. The Rams are looking forward to a rematch against the Cedar freshmen fresh-men Sept. 30. |
