Show Banquet conducted j to award bowlers ft. in Alpine leagues j CEDAR CITY - To conclude the recent session of the Alpine Lanes Junior-Senior Bowling Leagues, an awards banquet was conducted at the Town & Country Restaurant last week. The awards were divided into three age groups; bantam, junior and senior. In the senior division Garrit Lipscomb was awarded a trophy for high series handicap. Richard Lipscomb took the trophy for high series scratch. Rick Carpenter took three award; one for most improved average, another for high game handicap and the final f one for being a member I of the first-place team. Junior-division f member Troy Black ? received a trophy for high j, series handicap, as well as one for most improved t average and another for being a member of the J second-place team. Glade Olds, Eric Woolsey and Jimmy Ferguson all received . trophies for the being on the second place team. k Mike Carpenter, Steve i Stout and David Ba rondeau all received trophies for being on the first-place team. Barondeau also took honors in the area of high series scratch. The young bantam leaguers' first-place team members John Barondeau, Lisa Lipscomb, Lip-scomb, J.R. Lipscomb, f and Craig Flanigan all received trophies. j Trophies were also awarded to the second-place second-place team of Lee Woolsey, Travis Blake, Chris Dedrick and Mike fi Dedrick. John Barondeau ; ; was also given a trophy 1 for high game handicap. High game scratch went to Darin Adams. High series scratch award was taken by Lisa Lipscomb. Brenda Carpenter took two awards. One for most improved average and another for high series handicap.
