Thorley will appear in the United States Achievement Academy Official Yearbook, published nationally. CEDAR CITY - The United States Achievement Academy announced recently that Peter S. Thorley has been named a 1982 United States National Award winner in business education. This award is an honor very few students can ever hope to attain. In fact, the Academy recognizes less than 5 percent of all American high school students. Thorley, who attends Thorley is the son of Howard and Peg Thorley.
