Janice Mayer and family were recent visitors in Salt Lake. On the weekend husband, husb-and, Jerry and Mr. andMrs. Cliff Cook joined Janice and children. While Opal Walker was in the hospital, her children from CedarCity.CarolMar-quardson, CedarCity.CarolMar-quardson, and Margie Gale came to visit her. Tuesday, the 24th Elwin and Carol Marquardson came to take Opal home. Her brother, Dick Thompson, and wife, June, of Sandy, spent some time with the Walkers af-,ter af-,ter Opal returned home from the hospital. Jim and Barbara Mayer and son, Aaron, were in Ogden for the 24th for a visit with children, Adele and Tom McGinn, and family. fam-ily. They enjoyed the Parade. Par-ade. Their granddaughter was in a marching group that participated. On their return home they brought their grandson, Shawn for a visit. A busy week at the Gale Van Tassell's for they have had their four daughters, and families with them.Shaun-na, them.Shaun-na, and husband, Theo, and children, from Phoenix; Charlotte Hatch and children chil-dren came from Richfield; Sylvia Ann Bradshaw and three daughters, from Gooding, Good-ing, Idaho. Annette Munk and son, from South Milford. Friday the Smiths returned to their home. Verlene Yardley and family fami-ly have had her brothers, Spencer Gray, and wife, Leslie, and wife, Kaye and son, Kevin, all of Las Vegas Veg-as spend short visits with them. Doyle and Alta Sly were called to Salt Lake last week when their brother-in-law Burton Anderson, died after an extended illness. All members of the family were there for the funeral. On their return home a sister-in-law,Ruth Limb came with them. On Saturday, another sister, Rebecca Little and son, Ray came and got Ruth and they returned to their home in California. Joyce Straley ( a former South Milfordite) is visiting in Enoch with -mother, Zel-ma Zel-ma Alger. Friday, Max Price and daughter, Toni, were in Cedar Ce-dar City for eye appointments. appoint-ments. On Saturday evening eve-ning Ruth Limb dropped in for a short visit with Clar-iss Clar-iss and Max. Mary Singleton has returned re-turned to her home in Cali-ente Cali-ente after spending several weeks here helping sister, Florence Barnes during her sickness. Last Thursday, Clariss Price, with daughter, Jackie Jack-ie Hoffman and f am ily, drove to Delta to stay overnight with Clariss' mother, Mrs. Clara Bidgood. Friday,they drove into Salt Lake for Jailsie to catch the plane for her home in Whitewood. Clariss and mother visited with Max's parents, in Salt Lake, and Ward and Linda Leech, in Kearns. We had our grandchildren, from Las Vegas, Nicole and Natalee, and Kirk McKnight last week while Mom andDad were in California on a business busi-ness and vacation trip.
