ORDINANCE 143 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF BEAVER COUNTY ' WHEREAS petitions have been filed to amend the zoning map of Beaver County as hereinafter set forth, and the said petitions having been submitted to the County . Planning. Commission of Beaver County for itsrec-omendation, itsrec-omendation, and the said County Planning Commission Com-mission has considered the said petitions and has made its recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners Commis-sioners of Beaver County with reference thereto. And whereas the said ; Board of County Com -missioners, on the 5th day of ApVil, 1979, having held a public hearing on the question ques-tion of whether or not the amendments requested by said petitions should be made; And whereas the amendments amend-ments of the said Zoning Map, as hereinafter set forth is in the interest of establishing estab-lishing and maintaining sound, stable and desirable desir-able development- within the County, is in the interest of the public and will promote pro-mote the objectives and the purposes of the Zoning Ordinance Or-dinance of Beaver County. Now, therefore, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Beaver ordains as follows: SECTION 1..
