A noon luncheon was hosted by the Washington County DUP. Mr. and Mrs. Ted Gress-man Gress-man of Stockton, Utah spent the weekend with Ted's mother, moth-er, Mrs. Alba Carter. Counselor Wayne Glllins was rushed to Salt Lake for eye surgery. He was operated oper-ated on Sunday. His wife Myrle took him. We all wish him a speedy recovery. Lacy Myers was home over ov-er the weekend with her Glen Marshall celebrated bis birthday, Nov. 7th. Happy Hap-py Birthday, Glen. Marybelle Eyre drove to Salt Lake last Friday, spent the night and then flew on to penver to see her son and family (Kendall) and then jew back to Salt Lake, then drove home on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Eyre and Robbie were in Orem to the ballgame and met their daughter, Lisa, who is em -ployed there. They went on to Salt Lake and stayed with Mr. and Mrs. J.T. Holyoak, their, son and daughter -Inlaw, Mr.andMrs. Gary Holy-oak, Holy-oak, and went to the temple Saturday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Morgan and Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Osborn went to the temple with them. Later La-ter that day they met the plane with Elder' Blair Osborn Os-born on it. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Osborn, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Williams and family, Mr. and Mrs; Jim Morgan, Jimmy Carter, Mr. andMrs. Jerry Eyre, Lisa and Robbie were there. Later they all met at Ilona's and enjoyed visiting. Wednesday at Arshall and Lila Evans, they had an un-eijiected un-eijiected visitor. A former resident of Miners ville, Norm Orin (Doc) Osbourn, stopped by. He resides In Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Duard Ev- ans of Milford had dinner and spent the afternoon with Ills brother, Mr. and Mrs. Arshall Evans. Happy birthday, Nov. 12th, to Melvln Williams. Hope be has many, many more.
