NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Beaver County throughout the entire year unless otherwise other-wise designated. Locations inSLB&M. a-9329 (71-3368) Gary E. Sullivan and Ned L.Sullivan, Milford, Utah 84751, proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion and place of use of 200.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 467.13 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a portion of Segregation Appl. 20282-a (71-1779). The water wa-ter has been diverted from a well at a point N. 1320 ft. and E. 20 ft. from S l4Cor. Sec. 31, T27S, R10W; and used for the domestic purposes pur-poses of one family, stock-watering stock-watering of 100 cattle and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 115.90 acs. in the SE 14 Sec. 31, T27S, R10W, and N 12 NE 14 Sec. 6, T28S, R10W. Hereafter, 200.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two existing wells as follows: fol-lows: (1) 16-inch well, 420 ft. deep at a point S. 50 ft. and E 70 ft.; (2) 16-inch well, 640 ft. deep at a point S. 40 ft. and E. 1320 ft. both from the N 14 Cor.Sec.l2,T28S, R11W, (W. of Milford); and used from M arch 1 5 to Nov. 1 for the supplemental irrigation irriga-tion of 210.00 acs. but limited lim-ited to the sole supply of 50.00 acs. within theNE 14, N 12 SE 14 Sec. 12, T28S, R11W.
