Show sist with the Meet, serving as hosts and judges for the various events. One -act play competition will be held April 19, and the events scheduled for the following day include Dramatic and Humorous Hu-morous Readings, Pantomime, Pan-tomime, Retold Stories, Scenes from Plays and Improvisation. Im-provisation. Winners in the Region Meet will qualify for state competition. DIXIE HOSTS REGION EIGHT DRAMA MEET On April 19 and 20 the Dixie College Department of Speech and Theatre Arts will host the High School Region 8 Drama and Interpretation Meet. Region 8 consists of 15 Utah high schools, including in-cluding Gunnison, North Sevier, Wasatch Academy, Wayne, Beaver, Bryce Valley, Val-ley, Enterprise, Escalante, Eskdale, Kanab, Milford, Panguitch, Parowan, Piute, and Valley High Schools. Serving as chairman and co-chairman co-chairman of the Meet are Mr. Ned E. Carnahan and Dr. C. Paul Anderson of the Dixie College Department of Speech and Theatre Arts.
