Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before June 4, 1977. NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Beaver County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-9327 (71-3366) Harold Tuckey and Claudia Tuckey, P.O. Box 385, Milford, Utah 84751 proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use 4.0 ac. ft. of 1 water out of a total of 10.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Underground Under-ground Water Claim 3453 and Change a-7851. The water has been diverted from a 14-inch 14-inch well, 350 ft. deep at a point N. 1320 ft. and E. 1320 ft. from W 14 Cor. Sec. 4, T28S, R10W; and used for stockwatering of 900 sheep and 6 cattle; and used from March 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 18.9475 in NW 14 NW 14, S 12 NW 14, NE 14 SW 14 Sec. 4, T28S, R10W. Hereafter, 4.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two wells as follows: (1) 14-inch 14-inch well, 400 ft. deep at a point S. 1310 ft. and W. 240 ft. from N 14 Cor.; (2) 6-inch 6-inch well, 130 ft. deep at a point S. 1310 ft. and W. 50 ft. from N 14 Cor.; both in Sec. 36, T28S, R11W, (SW of Milford); and used for the domestic purposes of one family and stockwatering of 10 cattle; and used from March 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 0.75 ac. in NE 14 NW 14 Sec. 36, T28S, R10W. The remaining amount of water will be used the same as heretofore. a -9345 (71-2525) Alvin Darrell Yardley, Beaver, Utah 84713 proposes to change the point of diversion of 6.0 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. No. 32587. The water has been diverted from four 1 2 to 1 6 -inch wells , 300-600 ft. deep at the following follow-ing points: (1) S. 100 ft. and W. 2150ft.fromNECor.Sec. 35; (2) S. 1810 ft. and E. 1530 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 36; (3) N. 1280 ft. and W. 1320 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 26; (4) N. 1495 ft. and W. 75 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 27; all in T26S, R7W; and used for the stockwatering of 250 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation irriga-tion of 450.0 acs. in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, NW 14 NE 14 Sec. 27; W 12, W 12 SE 14, S l2SWl4Sec.26;NWl4, NW 14NE14.N12SW 14 Sec. 25; all in T26S, R7W. Hereafter, 6.0 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from three wells at the following points (1) An existing 12-inch 12-inch well, 433 ft. deep at a point N. 1350 ft. and E. 1000 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 26; and two 8-16 inch wells, 300-600 300-600 ft. deep at either of the , following points: (2) 16-inch ; well, 300-600 ft. deep at a point N. 10 ft. and E. 1300 j ft., or N. 400 ft. and E. 1320 ft., or N. 200 ft. and E. 1300 ft. all from SW Cor.
