OCR Text	Show BEAVER COUNTY NEWS HAS TOP JAN. EDITORIAL The University of Utah Journalism Dept. again picked pick-ed a Beaver County News editorial as best In the state, for January. We're not sure which one since the story in the State Press publication was so vague it didn't list the title, issue or writer. At least, this time they didn't give George Rich credit cre-dit for writing it, as they did the last time we won. So it won't be necessary for the president of the State Press Ass'n. to apologize to George Rich for not writing a prize -winning editorial.
