Show National Guard Has Party at Beaver Officers and non - commissioned commis-sioned officers of Service Battery, Bat-tery, 213th Field Artillery Battalion, Bat-talion, held a dancing party on August 9th to celebrate completion com-pletion of the $12,000 armory improvement project. Officers attending were Lt. and Mrs. Rhondo T. Farrer. Noncommissioned Non-commissioned officers were 1st Sgt. and Mrs. Robert Osborn, S'lc and Mrs. Kenneth Black-ner, Black-ner, Slc and Mrs. William Cox, S l.c and Mrs. Karl Myers; Sgt. and Mrs. Paul Anderson, Sgt. and Mrs. Kay Ashworth, Sgt. and Mrs. William Hickman, Diane Davis, Sgt. and Mrs. Rich-lard Rich-lard Manzione, and Sgt. and Mrs. J. D. Osborn. Refreshments were served, and a gastronomical feature was the well-stocked Smorgasbord. It is expected that additional armory improvements will be scheduled for fiscal 1958, pending pend-ing distribution of funds recently recent-ly approved in Congress. Final figures for the summer training period include a "Very Satisfastary" rating in all phases of training for the Beaver Beav-er unit, including administration, administra-tion, and a payroll for Beaver and vicinity of $3,411.22. . |
