REBELLION IN NICARAGUA. (Jeneral JKeyes Has Proclaimed Himself President. Mobile, Ala., Feb. 21. Among the passeng'ers on board the steamer Snn-nivan, Snn-nivan, which has just arrived, was Adam Espinosa Reyes, the revolutionary revolution-ary leader. Senor Espinosa states that his uncle, General Reyes, had proclaimed pro-claimed himself provisional president of Nicaragua, had armed the Indians of the Mosquito coast and with the aid of Americans in the lilucficlds, has probably an army of 900 or 1000 men. The government at Managua, Espinosa learned, has sent 800 men to attack Reyes at Rlnefields.
