Show NOTICE TO WATER CSERS THE STATE OF UTAH. Office of State Engineer. Salt t-ake City, January 2, 1941. George E. Tobler, Santa Clara. Utah has filed Application No. T39ol to appropriate 0.5 sec. ft. of water from Sand Wash Spring area, a tributary of Santa Clara creek in Washington county, Utah. The boundaries of the spring area are as follows: Beg at a pt S 1343 ft and W 537 ft from the "E Cor of Sec 1, T 42 S, R 17 "W. SLB&M and running thence 150 ft. E 250 ft. S 800 ft. W 2M ft and N loO ft to beg. The water will be collected during the entire year at the aforesaid point of beginning and used as a supplemental sup-plemental supply to irrigate 30 acres of land embraced in the AVNEU and E NW4 of said Sec 1. Protests resisting the granting of said application, with reasons Therefore, made in affidavit form -must be filed with T. H.
