Show WASHINGTON MRS. EDWARD XISSON Reporter Quite a number of people from our ward spent Pioneer Day at Pine Valley. Floyd Sandbeng left Monday for Bull Valley to herd sheep. Clayton Williams was taken to the Wasington County hospital hospi-tal for treatment Monday morning. morn-ing. Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Hall and two sons, spent the past week at New Castle and Pine Valley visiting relatives. George Hall and two daughters, daugh-ters, Phobe and Florence made a trip through Zion Park, Bryce and Cedar Breaks on the 24th. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Neilson and sont Rollo spent Pioneer Day at Pioche, Nevada with their daughter, Mrs. Bill Uheil, their daughter, Lois accompanying them home after spending a few weeks there. A good many tons of carrots are being shipped from our town to the canneries in the north. Mrs. Lydia Stephens attended the postmasters convention at Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Nlsson and three sons, Darrel, Quentin and Ralph spent Friday at Pioche, Nevada visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Clark Nisson. Sherman Cooper and son, Grant of Meadows are' spending a few weeks here. They are finishing their home which was started last summer. |
