Show Enterprise Ward Wins Efficiency Banner For Sunday School Record ENTERPRISE, Utah A beautiful and maroon Efficiency Banner was awarded to the Enterprise ward at a record Sunday School Union meeting held Sunday. Ninety stake and ward officers participate and Enterprise who had the highest percentage of their officers and teachers attending attend-ing Prayer and Council meetings during the month of October received re-ceived the banner. Leeds being only three points behind Enterprise. Enter-prise. A new ward, states Willis R. Dunkley, Sunday school superintendent, super-intendent, will have the opportunity opportun-ity of receiving the banner which will be awarded during the month of December to the Sunday school who has had the most outstanding 2 minute talks during the month of November. The objective of the stake Sunday Sun-day school officers in awarding the banner is to standardize the Sunday school program in the St. George stake. Objectives have been sent to ward superintendents and at the end of 1940 the Sunday school who has the highest percentage per-centage of points will receive the banner as a permanent gift. Objectives Ob-jectives are so arranged that the small schools as well as the large schools will have a chance to win providing they have an efficient program. Such objectives as the following will be considered: Christmas Program Number of leaflets and Instructions Instruc-tions being used in Ward Effective Class Work and Teaching Punctuality Standard School . . "For the closing months the award will be made for the Wards who have had the highest percentage per-centage of their officers attending Prayer and Council meetings and stake Union meetings during the year.
