At this meeting the supervisors discussed the possibility of a petition peti-tion for bank protection work at Gunlock. They (H) instructed Mr. Gardner to make application for water facilities investigations on a water storage reservoir near St. George. A project at Washington for the diversion of the river on to new lands and bringing water to replace that across from St. George-Washington Field canal from the other side of the river. The members of the board of supervisors present consisted of Wayne C. Gardner, chairman, F. J. Bowler, secretary, E. R. Frei Sr., and Wallace Iverson. E. S. Gardner, member of the board, was unable to attend the meeting. |
