Show Mew Harmony M. Hammond Reporter Mrs. Robert Rcid and two daughters of Hillsboro, New Mexico, Mex-ico, were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Mathis Tuesday and Wednesday. Wed-nesday. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Hammond and daughter of Ursine, Nevada, and Lawrence Climan of Toquer-ville Toquer-ville as guests of Mr. and Mrs. O. Hammond were visiting relatives rela-tives and friends Thursday and Friday. D. T. Woolsey was a business visitor here Mounday. Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Prince drove over from St. George Monday Mon-day to visit Mr. Prince's sister, Mrs. Eliza Kelsey. Mr. and Mrs. George Climan and children of Toquerville were week end visitors at the home of Mrs. Climan's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reese Davis. The CCC from Cedar City played play-ed the Harmony ball team here Saturday with the resulting score of 6-4 in favor of Harmony. Mrs. Annetta Pearce and her two boys left Sunday for St. George where she has employment employ-ment for the winter as clerk in Snow's Dress Shop. The boys will attend school. Clarence Webb came from St. George Sunday for his wife and children who have been visiting for the past two weeks with her parents. Our girls' Softball team left for Leeds Monday to play the Leeds team. Result has not yet been learned. Bp. Lyle Prince has the basement base-ment in and the walls up for their new home. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Pace and Mrs. Albert Bryner of Price are visiting friends and relatives here. Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Neilson were called to Cedar City Monday when their daughter, Mrs. Ber-niece Ber-niece Law, suffered a stroke while sitting at her work in the telephone exchange. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Roundy of Hurricane' were Monday visitors at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edmond C. Grant. |
