The children and i grandchildren of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Barney will assemble here nt Saturday, Nov. 23, to celc- brate the Golden wedding anni- versary of their parents. There , W;U be a family dinner and eve-, eve-, n'ng party. t. J t,llrs- Barney was Lucy Etta I Jj'ggins, and was born in Nephi, Ltah. Aug. 30, 1S74, a daughter J Mr. and Mrs. Carlis Higgins. 1 j, Bai-ney was born in Monroe, r ' July 13' 1S66' a son of Hr- and Mrs. Ben Barney. They ,Vere married in Nephi, Nov. 28, 1890 and moved into Pocatello, Idaho, coming to Virgin, Utah in 1911. and since that time have resided in this part of the country. Ten of their thirteen children are still living, are as follows: Joseph Franklin Barney, Mrs. Eugene Leavitt, St. George, Mrs. Karl j Spcndlove, Mrs. Arnold Spend- j love and Mrs. Irvin Lee, all of!
